**Correction: This is NOT an exact replication of the cell by jamamericandandawga. He has pointed out some major differences.**
Replication of 6-plate cell made by jamamericandandawga. +NNNN- configuration. My cell is slightly different in that the length of the outer plates are longer to allow me to more easily connect my leads. This part is not submerged in the water.

  • 3) How much volts are you sending to the unit. Just to be clear the car alternator puts out about 14 V so calibrate your battery charger if you can to output around 14 V.

Other than all that i have already said the unit should at least produce something more than what the video is showing. I can tell you that the spacing has a MAJOR effect on the production of HHO gas. I will try and make a instructional video on how to exactly replicate what I am doing. send me your email address.

  • Good point on the 14v. I'll hook up my multimeter and see what the charger is putting out. It doesn't have the option to set it manually.

  • Ok where can I start. I would like to say I do have my amp meter wired correctly. 12V source to ammeter->to hho + terminal-> ground hho unit to vehicle chassis.

    1) First issue is that plates are spaced too far away. As i have said the spacing is extremely close and that is why i recommend you use 1/16th neoprene washers between your plates compacted tightly together.

  • Hey, thanks for your comments. Like I said, take my video with a grain of salt. It is in no way designed to put down your cell design or anything. I'll incorporate the changes you've recommended and repost. Thanks again, man!

  • 2) You have to have your neutrals in Pairs.

    ex. you have +NNNN-

    it should be +(1/16th)n (xx) n(1/16th)n (xx)n(1/16th)n

1/16th is the neoprene washer. **I Believe lowes sell them**

xx is some sort of Stainless steel connection the previous neutral to the following neutral. You can use hex nuts as well as any stainless metal strip to touch the two.
