Body weight session performed in complex format (strength immediately followed by explosive movt.). Each pair of exercises was performed for 3 sets of 10 reps.

This was put together for our incoming recruits to use prior to arrival on campus when they do not have access to a weightroom or have little to no experience in the weightroom.
