This is the minimal possible BR for Icy Idol, all fights done so far are the neccessary ones.

He seems harder when he's in critical, i'm not sure if he uses Maelstrom Insignia only when he's in critical or if he just uses it after a good few turns but it can be dangerous if he uses Acid Rain at the start of the following turn.
