Yeah, but Quarry would knock out any of these guys in a heartbeat, including OJ.

What does weightlifting prove? What good is lifting a dead weight above your head. It says nothing about reflexes, speed, courage, explosive power, stamina, nothing at all. A mentally retarded goon could lift weights but couldn't fight in a ring because that requires thinking as well, if you wanna be good at it.

followed age-old traditions by their trainers one of which was to never lift

weights. It would slow your punches down

and make you "lob"punches overhand (see Mike Weaver and Ken Norton or

And that is not something that anyone should do. Maybe he should have taken a walk. Or a run for that matter. I understand he was pritty good at running.

You wonder how much shit he may have gone through in they're relationship? I'm not defending the guy, but it's funny that no one ever said a bad word about the guy before he murdered him wife. Funny thing though, I kinda feel bad for ol OJ. I don't know why. He's just a sad story. To think of what happened to him since those days back in 64' when he was in all his glory. When in just a few years the world would be his oyster.

@dempsey981 Actually I went to City College here in the city when OJ scored 6 touchdowns (still a record) in one game. But I ran against him in High School when he was on the relay team. I'm sure how popular he was cus I went to a different school. But I do remember being so impressed by his unbelievable speed that I actually went to the program and checked to see who the guy was. And in fact I went over to him and complimented him. He had such skinny legs.
