Its the Southern Belle scheme from parent Kansas City Southern, who owns the Panama Canal Railway. The locomotives are former Amtrak Locomotives used on trains like the Southwest Chief and Empire Builder

The trains colors of the engine were painted red white and blue back in the 1970s after the Bicentential and now the train colors look like the German flag.
