Notice how the seasonings are kept in squeeze bottles and all ingredients are in close proximity of the wok. This is important for speed in the stirfry process. The dish took only 8 min to prepare and the prep of the tofu and stringbeans takes 5-10 min depending on how fast you are. This dish is very healthy, just remember to rinse the beans well with hot water to remove excess oil. The complete set up as shown is available at tasteofasiaathome.com.   • can you tell me what kind of thick soy sauce do you use for color?

  • @jtran65 - The brand of thick soy sauce I use is Koon Chun and it comes in a 10 oz glass jar. It has very little taste, mainly used for coloring as in sauces and gravies. In a pinch if you don't live close to an asian store you can use "kitchen bouquet" or a similar product, hope this helps!
