|Spring Break 2010| ►Italy!◄

The most incredible week of my life! It was so immense that I don't even know where to start!
So, my Latin teacher, the amazing Mrs. Guy, has a high school trip to Italy every so often. I heard about it and SOMEHOW my parents decided I could go! Our group from my school had about 15 people... ten kids and five chaperones. (I think?)
We met up with two other high school groups and traveled with them. Our tour was organized by Explorica and our tour director is my new role model, Silvana. She can do anything. Trust me.
We flew from Raleigh to Boston, and then from Boston to Rome, and then from Rome to Milan. Then we met up with the other groups and met Silvana and Pierro, our bus driver.
The rest of the tour went like this: Verona-Venice-San Gimignano (best place ever!)-Florence-Pisa-Assisi-Rome-Vatican City-Pompeii-Sorrento-Capri-Naples-Rome.
We drove to Venice, stopping at Verona along the way. After Venice was the beautiful town of San Gimignano, my favorite place on the trip, and then Florence. We visited Pisa, which is not too far from Florence. After Florence, we drove down to Assisi, and then to Rome. We spent a whole morning in the Vatican City's museums, and saw the Pope!
After Rome we spent the afternoon in Pompei (which was more than awesome.) We then stayed in Sorrento and visited the island of Capri. The blue cave you see in the video is the Blue Grotto. After Capri it was back up to Rome, where we said bye to Silvana and took our flight back to Boston. We did spend an afternoon touring Boston, but I didn't want to include any photos there because that wasn't the focus of the trip.

Hey all 572 of you all :) I've been really busy lately but promise to have an equestrian video up soon! Vegas really didn't like this video so it took me a while to fix it, and then school has just been CRAZY lately. I wish YouTube could come first, but I have other priorities!
The ending is more for personal use than anything. All the inside jokes/main points of our trip. If you don't get it, that's fine, you're not expected to.
