There is a workaround for high fps. All you have to do is to turn on camera, then press power button to suspend device. Wait 3 seconds at least then mask the camera with you hand and wake the device up. When you move your hand out, you'll see that the fps has increased a lot because the shutter speed is faster (but the image is darker as well). If you point at a bright source however, it will try to correct the light and unfix the fps...

The camera is rated at 15 fps... which is stupid. My old treo did better than that, but the rest of the phone seems to be great thus far!

You can hack web cams to see infrared by taking it apart and removing the ir filter from the lense w/ that you could get an ir flashlight and just paint everything :) let me know if you do this ..

This phone has great capabilities, but getting pictures and movies with low light isn't one of them. I'm afraid there's nothing you can do since it looks like an hardware limit. It does however work great with sufficient light. For pictures and movies, a real camera is still the way to go....

Hi is there any other way to increase FPS of camera. At low intensity lght this camera is a shit. IT costed 30 K Rs and I am feeling like to throw it in dustbin due ot its shitty camera. Using your trick FPS increases but pictures are too draker and cannot be seen. I want to fuck this phone, it wasted my phone. I will break it and throw out of the window.

hey i been having this phone for like 2 months and Ive noticed that the recording in the day is excellent quality but at night its not very good unless u have a excellent source of light.

is there anything i can do to make it record well at night besides having good light?
