  • hey max, love your vids bro. I'm currently in the Police Academy in VA and wanted to let you know that I make this smoothie for breakfast every morning after PT. I use honey flavored greek yogurt and leave out the chocolate and PB but it is still great and really refreshing! thanks again and take care

  • @dms524 thanks for the feedback! Awesome, glad you're enjoying it! - Max

  • How many times should I drink this smoothie in a day in order to gain weight?

  • @vroomvroom333 its just a matter of calorie-surplus at the end of the day. This smoothie is only intended to serve as one meal a day, maybe two. Any food can serve as part of weight-gaining plan.

  • Nos is good if your looking to put on weight u should see results with in the first week.

  • By the looks of you Pro Nos must be worth the money.

  • Dude, this is a monster smoothie! Good stuff! I'll have to try the frozen banana.

  • nutbutter is really expensive i just make my own at home baha

  • can u put the creatine and protein together or us it the same stuff

  • @maxewiii =)

    yup!

    great recipe tho!

im sure this is a little better then my post workout drink of 2 scoops protein powder and 2 cups of milk...but im watching carbs right now and i get plenty at least 5 seving of fruits and veggies a day...im more after a healthy balanced diet as opposed to "bulking" but in your honest opinion, are post workout carbs REALLY necessary???
