Dear Resident Hypocrite, you may not realize it, but this video actually provides an argument AGAINST your case for governmental healthcare.

BTW, I built the VDOT's EOC (emergency operations center) in Richmond back in 1993 and they pretty much used the same technology and approach. This is quite similar but on a larger, more global scale.

At any rate, kudos to GRT.

I think he means that the governement is not using the internet to effectively gather and share critical time sensitive information/data with GPS coordinates in emergencies, like we saw in Katrina, especially between federal and state agencies. Again at Virginia Tech, law enforcement was struggling to inform and warn students while students were text messaging each other on cell phones and instinctively going to the internet to get timely information.

I agree with Munacra. I understand what GRT is doing, but to say that the government isnt know for use of the internet or innovating technology is simply not true. Probably 80 percent of the tech we use in everyday usage began and was expanded from the government and, as munacra said, they use the internet all the time.
