I must say Ry that useing scripture against scripture is a devilish thing. You should re read the context of the scripture you quoted and then go read Acts the whole book not just Acts 2. It is filled with the outpooring of the Holy Ghost. What is happening here is just the outward expression of Joy and manifestation of the Holy Ghost. See people get nerveous when things like this happen but God is not a nerveous God. lol He is fun and loving, and wants his children to be joyful.

we react like this sometimes cause the presence of God is so powerful we can't contain it(in our earthly bodies)
This is what church is ment to be like, no pride, no embarrassed, just love and joy, the guy says at the beginning when the disciples were speaking in tongues people thought they were drunk probably cause they were actin 'disorderly' but they were just in the holyspirit + in the presence of the almighty God! I do hope u can know the love and joy of the living Jesus. God bless X
