Street Fighter III New Generation: Ken Oddity

Shows an oddity with Ken's Shippu Jinrai Kyaku against Ryu. The final part hits 8 times instead of 4, for a much more damaging combo.

For comparison, the same setup is shown against another Ken.

@cheapalien ken beats ryu in the shoryuken and sometimes the tatsumaki. ryus got a better hadouken, tho.

@cheapalien if i'm not mistaken ken's kyaku moves are stronger but ryu's shoryuken are stronger or hadoukens are stronger i think

that's pretty funny. but i guess it makes sense - ken wouldn't want to mess up a guy who looks just like him.

i thought it was because of him being stunned during the combo and ken wasn't stunned

Yeah, this happens in 2I too. It works on most shotos, Alex and probably others as well.
