There are 2 concepts that might help. One is inertia, it takes an effort to move in any direction, even one that is beneficial. Second is enthropy, if left alone, without input of energy, will or intention, things will default to chaos, disorder or corruption. Discipline is the process of daily, deciding to do, that which you have already concluded to be necessary for your own personal expansion and to combat enthropy.

We pray for the long life of the one who accomplishes unceasing activity, who has trained with the armor of pure conduct, and is tireless in carrying the great teachings of the Karmapa, embodiment of the buddhas of the three times.

christians on the other hand worship jesus. Muslims do not worship Muhammad, nor any prohet. Islam is pure monotheism. we pray to nobody except Allah.

in contrary Muslims believe that Isaac and ishamel were both prophets. That Jesus was born without father and that he was Prophet of Allah. we believe that Mary was the best woman that ever lived on earth.

and an important thing to note here is that MUSLIMS DO NOT WORSHIP MUHAMMAD. Muhammad is only a Prophet, nothing more. He was human and not divine. we only follow his way coz he got revelation from Allah. we do not pray to him nor ask him for help. He's dead and he cannot help anybody.
