Alesha Dixon and Victoria Pendleton team-up to help get the UK get fitter with EA SPORTS Active

Music & TV star Alesha Dixon and gold medal winning Olympian Victoria Pendleton are helping launch EA SPORTS Active the interactive fitness title designed exclusively for Nintendo Wii™ that lets you work out in the comfort of your living room. Together they will be working closely with EA SPORTS to promote the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Designed in collaboration with fitness experts and launched on 22nd May 2009, EA SPORTS Active is set to be the future of home fitness, with high-intensity, easy to use workouts, featuring an in-game Personal Trainer who becomes the focal point of your session and offers feedback on workouts, helping retain focus and motivation.

When I am touring it's difficult to find the time to go to the gym as I'm always so busy, said Alesha Dixon. EA SPORTS Active is perfect because it's so convenient, it can fit anywhere into my schedule and it's great fun too!

Well it may be a good idea, but you see when I am on my computer I just have enough room to put my cup of tea down. Not all of us live in big houses with lots of space. Take notice of this video all open plan, living room, dining room and kitchen.......their bedrooms are probably on the 3rd floor whilst their sauna and real gym are on the 4th. by the way their Cinema room with 3d 9channel super surround sound is on the 2nd!!
