Again, I never said that these people are racists! At this point I'm not even sure that this subject is even worth discussing with you. You are not consistent in your reasoning.

It seems you are only here to refute any claims of racism or discrimination.

They are not treated any different. They are also not treated different because of skin colour but because they are from developing countries. So its clearly not racism.

Any dutch person knows that this is a common stereotype assigned to blacks in Holland. Its a stereotype that implies that blacks are lazier than other ethnicities because they are black. It is mostly used in a humorous way, and not meant as a pejorative but it is still discriminative.

Discrimination based on race = racism.

Blacks are more conservative on this issue because stereotypes ("racial assumptions") were historically used to justify slavery and apartheid laws.

The Oxford Dictionary you quoted earlier defines racism as:

the belief that all members of each race possess characteristics, abilities, or qualities specific to that race, especially so as to distinguish it as inferior or superior to another race or races.

@perp1exed stereotypes are only racist if they place one race under another. Which isn't happening here. This is Very important as this is the difference between a joke or racism. Calling it innocent racism therefore is wrong as it suggests the one is better than the other.
