Also, good luck on life man. I have enjoyed being a fly on the wall in your existense and in a way living vicariously through you through your adventures. Remembering takes me through a different time. :) Have a wonderful life my friend who has no idea who I am. :)
I have to say this makes me a little emotional. Sounds pretty gay to say but it's like Carrie leaving New York, hahaha [sex and the city] It's surreal to think I have been watching your videos for years, when you went to the tunnel in the park and set your things aflame when you became cancer free, from boyfriending Nick to almost 4 years later [according to another vid] being engaged, going from New York to Austin. It feels so insane, so grown up. I was only 14 when I started being this fly.
i haven't seen your videos in so long, and for some reason, i thought to look you up today. congrats on your engagement, and hope your move to texas went well! i moved from new york to texas (dallas) myself to become a teacher last year, and needless to say, it's been a hard transition. but funny enough, i'm driving down to austin tomorrow for a few days before i head off to the rest of my summer vacation!
Very eloquently put. Takes courage to come to a city like this -- and sometimes it takes even more to leave it. I'm glad you are in such a good place in your life. Good luck with everything in Texas! Update us when you're settled!
So glad to see you back, Chris; but more importantly your engagement is so exciting and so very much a wonderful event for you and an encouragement for thousands of gays around the world. So, you boy-friended Nick and he proposed to you.
Good luck in Austin - I do not know it, so looking forward to seeing and hearing about it from you.
Chris, it's so good to see you back on YouTube. We've missed you. Congratulations on the wonderful things happening in your life. You deserve them. Although you love NYC, I have a feeling you're going to love life down here in Texas. As you know, I am a theatre teacher/director down here, and I do love driving down to the great city of Austin very so often. Best of luck! Maybe I'll see you around. We'll see. :)
everyone is fake or plastic as you present. i know new yorkers have that blue blood pretentiousness that everyone else is beneath. im rambling but im just saying keep an open mind...i give you credit for moving to tx. best to you both!
think you're courageous about making such a drastic move from ny to austin...i hear austin is a very progressive college town but i wouldnt want to live there..ok, maybe we'll pay a visit for a week or two. i feel i have to defend l.a. because your queeny/bitter comments about the other coast over the last few yrs are so misguided for the most part.
i havent watched this video to its completion but ive made comments over the last year or two since i've discovered your channel and you always seem to make a point about why you wouldnt want to live in los angeles because people are so plastic.
