I grew up w/Bobby Womack playing in our house, yet I didn't HEAR him until I watched UnSung this past week (for about 5 times) 30 something years later - this man's voice is AMAZING and his talents are truly amazing. I feel stupid having 'slept' on him for long. Now I cannot get enough. Thanks for sharing :-)

One month earlier on January 8th it entered Billboard's Hot Top 100 chart; eventually it peaked at #4 and spent 17 weeks on the Top 100

It reached #23 in the U.K.

Two covered versions have charted; Bobby Womack {#43 in 1969} and America {#56 in 1979}
