@maplestar67 Cause when it is in the water, it bleeds through to that red or dark colour. When it hits the water it is just the regular warm water colour, and then when it hits the colder water that's when it changes.

How does it help if it changes right back?

those are neat. but what is the purpose behind it? just for show? im interested. if i want a dark blue lure i would just put one on... cool though and nice video

@NorthwestIndianaFish It is a light colour in the water, when it hits the colder water, it starts to have a bleeding effect, and today it has triggered strikes in dirty water. Watch new video for the hard bait reference.

Whats the point? itll just stay the same color underwater?

@maildabradbass No, they are meant to be fished in water that is warm and switches to cold quickly. So when you are fishing off that thermocline it is constantly changing colours, colder water off bottom for the Beavers, and when raised up it changes and gets that bleeding effect. watch latest fishing video with them with the hard water baits for a demonstration.
