Koenigsegg Door System

This is a quick video to describe the unique door system on the Koenigsegg cars.

The door system, formally known as the dihedral synchro-helix actuation system, was actually designed by Mr Christian Von Koenigsegg himself I learned when I met him earlier in the year in London.

The model of Koenigsegg featured in this video is the most expensive, most powerful and fastest of them all. The CCXR Edition courtesy of Broughtons.

That wont be happening, this is too much engineering. Much more than 'lambo' doors. Look at the balance of the door, waaaay too smooth for people to duplicate, at least at a price point that would make it worthwhile.

No one who buys this car is concerned with high curbs or other potential irritants. They will park where they please and Dare the broke/haters to do something about it.
