A lot of people might feel overwhelmed by all the advanced yoga postures, especially those who are just starting out. Most beginners aren't as flexible, or don't have much upper body or lower body strength to practice some yoga postures. This might be a reason why some people are afraid to start or just don't know where to begin.
In this video, I will show you some basic yoga postures for beginners. As your practice progresses, you will feel more comfortable taking on more challenging postures.
The 8 postures are - Leg's Up The Wall, Happy Baby Pose, Cat Pose, Cobra Pose, Plank Pose, Supine Spinal Twist, Child's Pose and Corpse Pose.
