Thanks, it does look great but it’s also amazingly rigid and rugged for a relatively light-weight bench. More people are discovering this everyday.

Optimum work height starts with the worker not the work. I have provided a guideline for a general work height based on the physical characteristics of the person using a personal workbench. I am confident that my readers are aware that work requiring substantial down force requires special consideration just as work requiring substantial up force does.
