The dog was probably excited to see someone, you idiot officer. Have you never seen a dog before? When a stranger comes to the door, he wants to sniff you. Even my 15 pound dog does that. Ugh. Well it's a good thing he got off on PAID leave for that. What's better than a paid vacation after killing an animal, huh?
