As I move through Dayton, I visit The Greene.
The Greene is a mixed commerical retail shopping center. It's located in Beavercreek.
Built in 2005, opened in 2006, The Greene is the staple of suburban shoppers in local areas such as Kettering, Oakwood, Centerville, and Springboro.
It was developed by Steiner + Associates.
Although successful, it was marred by controversy. The Greene was looked at as a deterrement from inner core shoppers in Dayton and the mall was built on wetlands.
I take you through The Greene, and share some insight!

FAQ- The reason why I call this a Tour of Poor Dayton is because of the area's declining population, jobs, boarded homes, business closings and economic turmoil in Montgomery, Miami and Greene Counties. And most likely Ohio in general. I have a reason for the title. If you have concerns, send me a message.
So that will put to rest any questions of why I titled the videos!
