Now that your form is good then try add some more weight, because you will never progress when then excersice is that easy for you. Always when it gets to easy add some more wieght, but not to much weight which will infect your good form.
Way to go kid. Excelent form , thank your trainer too. When you grow up , don't do anything silly like stacking on too much & cheat. Keep that form. Well done !
wow this kids like 12 and he has better form than the older guys i see at the gym doing pulldowns swinging their entire body lol
