Valentine was the name of a priest who declared that making loving between unmarried men and women is not a sin and it should be declared legal and lawful act by the Govenment of U.K. He was hanged to death on 14th February in U.K. whereafter his followers started celebrating his death anniversary as Valentine Day. The flower shops and Teddy Bears and chocolates making companies were behind the promotion of this Day so that their business can expand atleast for this day

Why doesn't Geo spend time promoting things that would elevate one's character and morales instead of girls hooking up with boys. These things are hated in our culture let alone our religion. If you then u must prepare a Documentary of that and show people the real face..

it very easy to say . that its a day of Joy, sharing Love and etc.

no doubt every day should be like that . why specific 14th Feb???

I will be really thankful for the Media if they really tell people the Origin and Purpose of valentines.
