My Second Cruise~Caribbean Princess

I'm on the Caribbean Princess for my second cruise. Again its to Canada/New England but its not like other cruises ;).

*~Hurricane Earl chased us and the Carnnival Miracle back to NY a day early~*

I was on the CB cruise right before this one (8/21/10) and had an awesome time. It was great watching your videos. thanks for sharing this. As I recall you came back a day early but went to Manhattan instead of Brooklyn, got back on that night and then woke up in Brooklyn.

@jrzebird1 Thanks and thats funny; The Captain made the call to cancel Halifax while we were within minutes of leaving St. John's. We got back to NYC late but we couln't dock so we docked feet away from the Verrazono Bridge and stayed there until about morning and they brought us to Manhattan teminals for the day until 4am the next morning and they brought us to brooklyn, the QM2 was at their the day we were at Manhattan and I never got to see her :/

I didn't want to come home early. I stayed on board over night. More than half the people on the ship disembacked that day.

@alk61695 I would have stayed on as well, they lost out on that day, I remember exchanging hellos as the Miracle past the CB to dock

@Lilyankee2424 I was one of the people you were waving to. I was somewhere on the top deck. I enjoyed seeing the CB cause I have saild on her in 2008. I thought the cb left out of Brooklyn.

@alk61695 She does but our cruise missed halifax and returned a day early but it just so happened that the QM2 was calling at port so we pulled into Manhattan at like 8pm (parked before the verrazzano bridge), then moved to pier 88 at like 4am.

Cool video. I was on the Miracle that day when it came in a day early. I also was on the Caribbean Princess in summer of 08. That was really a nice ship.
