New Cam Shed, Why not? / Art Tube Pac Demo

OK so I finally broke down and got a decent camcorder. Well I didn't break too far if you know me, you know about my long running affair with ebay. Picked up a decent 20gb JVC/Everio HDD for around $60. So now y'all can stop staying "man that was cool, but next time turn on some lights" ;)

Also a demo for the Art tube pac preamp / compressor. This this makes a heavenly DI for bass.

@amohkoj Well mine does have a bit of a higher noise floor but for live it is not noticeable and for studio it can easily be stomped with a gate. It is vulnerable to ground loops but I've only heard it when using a phantom powered DI and it was killed by dropping the ground at the DI. I do have the older model so I'm not sure if they fixed any of this with the newer models. Also mine was re-tubed.

hows that ART PAC work on the bass, does it cut any low frequencies,, and im looking to add some warmth with it,, Im using an Ampeg SVT IIP into an Alembic SF2 then into a Carvin power amp,, id like to put one of these after the Alembic to tighten up my sound and add some more warmth,, will the PAC work for that,, thanks
