EyeWrite is an eye-tracking text-entry program based on unistroke gestures similar to hand-printed letters. This novel method for text entry eliminates many of the inherent problems associated with traditional on-screen keyboards including: the screen space required for on-screen keyboards, the accidental triggering of keys, the need for high eyetracker accuracy due to small key sizes, and tedium.
