FTII Animation WOODY TALE by Kishore Kumar Singh

Deforestation has been practiced by humans since thousands of years causing damage to forests and other aspects of nature. Deforestation has increased over the years causing ecological as well as other global problems. In a dense jungle, a woodcutter goes to cut trees but he has to run for his life when the entire jungle come alive and start chasing him. He faints on the way running out of breath. The trees then give him shade and calls for rain which brings him back to senses. The woodcutter is shocked by this generosity of the trees and realises his mistake and the importance of trees.

This 2D animated film is based on this global problem and tries to spread a word to save trees which in turn will not only save the environment but the entire human race.
