Beginner drum set because I am a beginner. The song played at all the parties back in High School. This is an ION IED11 drum set that cost only $159. Yes I recommend it for beginners: quiet with headphones and has an MP3 jack and will plug into your stereo. I do not own the rights to this edited song, this is for electronic drum instruction.

hopin to get one of these soon, but I'd like to play faster more metallica sorta stuff (after learning basics) can you buy another bass pedal and set both up on the IED11?

I got this kit. I am changing out the module and adding a kick pad with a Taye pedal. It is okay for beginners. check mine out. I just gotta get the pedal down.

@meryanlol I bought this ION IED11 set at Beach Camera, but they don't sell them now. You can get them for the same $159 at B&H photo, that's 20 bucks cheaper than Amazon
