Love the makeup but I think this is giving our future female military leaders a wrong impression. Our Uniforms and how we maintain ourselves is a reflection of our professionalism. Your makeup stands out more than your uniform and what it stands for.

@Africandame i do appreciate your opinion, but makeup does not make me less professional than the next. If i choose to accentuate my beauty by wearing make-up while at work.. that's my own will. That will not hinder me from drawing my weapon if needed or protecting my country in any way. my channel is about beauty. So because I am in the military. I will talk about how BEAUTY relates to my career. thanks for your opinion though.

@start2finishmua I enjoy watching your beauty tutorials and tips. I think they're amazing. As a soldier, however, there are certain regulations and standards that we have to abide within our career field. "Free will" is what sets apart from other careers. Our free will is one that is limited especially, if it hinders Mission capability in any way. I just wanted viewers/future soldiers to realize that not all unit commanders will accept any type off make up/nail color whether nude or not.

@Africandame that is true, but we also have a regulations guide. AFI and it states that any colors worn must compliment skin tone. i know in the Air Force, we're allowed to wear french tips but Army can't (my sister is in the army)..which i can understand.

@brittanyx312 Well Excuse me for being helpful! One...when you show me a Reg in the AFI that states the amount of makeup that can be worn... Let me know. If blues don't make you feel girly....then that's YOU. Mine fits perfectly. Two...If my hair can't be worn below the eyebrow, ok cool..My supervisor doesn't mind...actually no one does...and i've been in almost 5 years. If you don't get the same perks as me..maybe you oughta switch jobs..because HATING doesn't suit you well, Rudeness. Good day.

I was in the AF and I wore make up everyday and I worked maintenance. Just because you are in the military does not mean you have to look like a bum.

love the tips, and im in the air force too... the ppl commentin that are in the military kill me actin like they dont bend the rules and manipulate them to their advantage. seriously lets be real the air force manipulates its own system to achieve certain goals. seriously its just make up its not like ur up here showing ppl how to manipulate ur EPR or sumthin lol

I know this is irrelevant to the video, but this woman is really beautiful. The tips are interesting, anyway. I would never have guessed that subtle make up is allowed in the military.

umm please don't let people get you worked up. This video is awesome and i bet it is helpful for a lot of women in the military! Its important to stay in touch with your feminine side and to feel like a women when your in a job like that. So i think your awesome and you don't have to explain your self to anyone!

FINALLY i found a vid on this! thank you so much for taking your time out to do this. Im also supper girly and due to go basic in the next few months and i just didnt know what id do in regards to my precious makeup and not seeing the color pink after phase 1.lol, I think you still look very professional even with ur makeup. we are still WOMEN even in manly uniform!!

Girl I kno my blues make me feel real girly. I be happy as all hell for the weekend to come around lol. Im in the ARMY and i wear my nail just clear but i have my tips on lol I gotta have something girly.
