You left out a section of the song. :( In the game, the second loop of the song has an extra lead part.
Although, to be fair, pretty much every version online leaves it out, even the VGM rips. I'd post a link to the part in question, but you know youtube and links in comments. There's a Sonic Spinball Music thread on the Project2612 forums, check page 4.
