if you put your kid on a swing and swung him all the way nearly to 180 degrees back and forth, yet the baby is still laughing and having the time of its life, is that child abuse?
this is just the same case, some guy having fun with his kid. if the speaker was going at 50Hz and the guy was mashing the baby's head into the dust cap THEN that would be child abuse.
