  • @Kreimehn I don't care what I look like when I train (btw this is me in the video) as long as I am getting the desired effect. But this was filmed in a private training studio, I wouldn't do it in a main-stream gym as they would not be geared up for that type of exercise, but I have done this out in parks. Speaking as a PT the crazier the exercise looks, the more people approach to ask you about it, so it is good for business. But hey, each to their own my friend!!

  • @axlnfinke I've been training Kempo for almost 2 decades (i even competed in tournaments) and i strength trained ever since i was in high school. The point is that if i ever did this i would do it in privacy so that i don't look like an idiot to everyone else.

  • The workout is great at developing explosive power, upper body strength, shoulder stability and will bring amazing cardiovascular gains. It is extremely tough but can be performed in 30 minutes, and can be done inside or out.
