This black Jin looks different than the black Jin in the console release. Is it just the video quality?

Nope you are correct, there are minor differences (for example in the final release his sword is purple with a black sheath while here it's a blue blade with red sheath)

But this was before the arcade release so the console version and final arcade version are probably the same
