@whitefly2 George Washington was born on February 22, 1732, in Virginia. If he was not a resident in our land for 14 years by 1776, what other nation did he live in? Why start counting at July 4, 1776? Just because the man in the video said so? Did our nation suddenly spring into existence on that day? The video also claimed the word "Of" means "Without"-That too is totally false. Are you unable to think for yourself?

@whitefly2, Again you are in error. The Articles of Confederation do NOT say that they are perpetual. They state that there will be a perpetual Union between the States of New Hampshire, Massachusetts-bay, Rhode Island and Providence Plantations, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. Do the Rhode Island and Providence Plantations still exist? So much for being perpetual huh?

@whitefly2, LOL! What "Deceleration" are you talking about? "Deceleration" means to slow down. Did you mean the Declaration of Independence? Well, even if you did, You are still wrong! Did you read it? It says we get our rights from nature, from our Creator, from God. It also says that governments are instituted among men, to secure our rights. Now exactly how is the government going to pay it's expenses without any taxes? Again, I ask-Are you unable to think for yourself?

@whitefly2, The Continental Army was established on June 14, 1775 and George Washington was the Commander-in-Chief of the army. So according to you, we had an Army BEFORE we had a country? Millions of people, including all elected officials, all executive and judicial Officers, members of our Military, both of the United States and of the several States,even naturalized citizens, take oaths to support, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.

@Bigone5555J Washington was not 14 years a resident in The United States. July 4. 1776 to inauguration April 30 1789 not 14 years. So he took the oath for President of The United States with no qualification not the oath to support this Constitution. The Constitution could mean only the property that constitutes The United States. Ratification is not adoption no one swore an oath to support this constitution.There were several Presidents under The Articles of Confederation.

@whitefly2, We have had only two Presidents that lied about their eligiblity-Barack Obama and Chester A. Arthur. Arthur's eligibility was questioned by some, who falsely believed he was born in Canada. It turns out, they were right, but, for the wrong reason. It was proved only 4 years ago, that his father was not a US citizen, at the time Chester was born. Obama is ineligible for the same reason.

@whitefly2, Article II states, 'Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."' Now, what is the title of "this Constitution"? Look right above the Preamble and you will see, "The Constitution of the United States".

But if you are right then every judge, politician, attorney general and General of the armed forces are all traitors because they are not upholding The Constitution and are subject to treason punishable by death.If I am right then you just don't understand The Constitution and there is no qualification for President of The United States. No President has ever met the requirement in Article 6 to take an oath to SUPPORT THIS Constitution.

@whitefly2, Title 28 USC Section 3002(5) states, "5) "Disposable earnings" means that part of earnings remaining after all deductions required by law have been withheld." Nothing is stated about the UNITED STATES. UCC 9-307, does say, "The United States is located in the District of Columbia", however, this section of the law is titled, "LOCATION OF DEBTOR". This is our government's "place of business". So what? Was this news to you? What does this have to do with Obama's eligibility?
