Good Idea, but a better one is to do reverse curls with the towels around the bar.

This SOUNDS like a good idea, but I'd be concerned that it's taking away the full impact that you would normally get on the Bicep or Tricep exercise. I'll have to give it a try and see.

It's called unstable muscle working. That involves more muscle fibers so you have a better workout for the same amount of time.
