@187967 It's supposed to be. In the story that goes along with the songs, Mehisopheles wanted to take Beethoveen's last symphony by saying he would trade Beetoven's soul (which he apparently possesses) for it. Beethoven knew what his music might do for the world and when he refused, Mephisotoples retaliates by threatening to tortue a random homeless little girl for the rest of her life. This song is all those threats.
