  • i have a question:

    Do you extercise?

    Does it help?

    Can it stop binge eating...because they last thing i want to do is extercise after i am stuffed. They worst part is that right after it all goes down i go back for MORE.

  • I do exercise... but it's very light exercise. The thing to remember is that exercise and diet are only one component to overcoming binge eating. And they are NOT the MOST important part!! The most important part is mentally overcoming it!  To get to a place where you can nurture yourself without using food to cope.

  • You just talked about me..I eat soo fast and i never get full..i could eat a whole tub of icecream and a whole box of cookies dipped in milk ugh...i skip bfast...i swallow too quickly..

    Today I wrote what i ate but it was all dinner and it was after i ate more the the 3meals i needed. Now i feel itchy and hot, my veins begin to pop out. they worst thing is that i eat because i feel like i have to since i didnt really eat bfast and dinner.

  • Just take one day at a time; and don't beat yourself up for messing up. All that does continue the cycle all over again. Keep your chin up! And be kind to yourself (especially with your self talk).
