  • how does it feel to be insecure? haha homophob haha. im not gay and i can live i peace with them why can u? you must be retarded. its ok. lol. and u know the gays are ever going to stop or even go away at that...so you are stuck with them...but keep telling yourself you won haha. might i suggest a genocide of gays? it would please you better.

  • yes religion is protected, but if the federal govt is going to recognize marriage then we should give marriage to everybody including gay&lesbians. otherwise leave it up to the church and keep marriage out of the federal government. Also Union do not get the same benefits as a marriage otherwise atheists would get unions and not marry.

  • then why did u ever bring up the fetish topic?you are trying to cover up what u said. Gay is something you are born with. Do you choose how you feel for you significant other? do you feel those butterflys on command or any feelings of happiness? No you dont so in that sense Gays and Lesbians cannot choose how they feel towards other either they are human like us heteros and we should not ban them from marriage because of the random act of being born

  • yes on 8

    we won ha ha ha

  • Marriage is a privilege, not a right! However, heterosexual marriage is protected by the federal government. Look up the Defense of Marriage Act of 1996 and tell me I am wrong! You will not get any more "privileges" if you get to call your unions marriage than if you call it a civil union or a domestic partnership! The only reason you want to "legalize" same sex marriage is to mess with other people's religious RIGHTS! Religious freedom IS a protected right under the U.S. Constitution!

  • "special rights for perversions"? ??who's doing that? where the heck do you live? are you in the United States? prop 8 was about marriage equality. The Supreme Court upheld the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution--that's it. no hocus pocus, nothing scarier than that. i really don't get how preferences outside the "norm" got into this argument. we are talking about one marriage license per 2 adult people here, right? if not, then you must be referring to something i don't know about.

  • I never refered to marriage as a fetish. Just sexual preferences outside the "norm". I'm not even knocking sexual preferences. I just don't think you should be able to claim special rights for what ever perversion you may have.

  • marriage is a fetish now? gee, a while ago it was sacred and therefore exclusive only to the unqueer. i don't think i have any fetishes, but i still married my girlfriend and we're living the same wonderful quiet life we've lead for the past 8 years. so i'm not real sure what your criteria is, but please let me know if we need to be doing something more exotic in order to fit in with your crowd. thanks.

  • I was asking about the true motive, not why you are obsessed with the same sex.

I think what you meant to say is, when someone runs out of valid arguments, they resort to wild accusations & vulgar comments.

  • An abnormally obsessive preoccupation or attachment; a fixation.
