Mortal Kombat Review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review Mortal Kombat for the PS3. Developed by Midway Scultured Software and published by Midway. A port of the arcade version of Mortal Kombat released for PSN and XBLA. Keeping the difficulity of the original arcade version, this game is unforgiving, With all the classic characters, this is a great reminder of why the series became so popular. This video review features video gameplay footage of Mortal Kombat and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Ryan.

  • SOPA BAD. BOOBS GOOD.

  • i have tried so many times to like mortal kombat. i guess i got spoiled by having played street fighter 2 turbo first. it always felt like a huge step backwards, clunky and hellishly difficult.

  • Damn these games. I can own at MK9, but when I play the older ones, they act so cheap. Plus you need to be fast to do fatalities.

  • @pferde20 Bouble trouble for iPod touch

  • @Luigi84289 I have only offered my opinion. I did not enjoy the slow pace enough to master it, and I have given it a second, third, and fourth look over the years. Just not my style.

  • @nintendoboy17 Reptile appears in the game too as a hidden opponent. He's the same ninja sprite as scorpion and sub-zero with both of their attacks.

  • @evildead818 Damn that's ridiculous. Pizza Time where I used to go always had it set to the middle difficulty and it was only 1 quarter a play. The arcades back then were so much better than what we have today. Everyone would be huddled around a seasoned player watching him demolish whatever he was playing. Arcades now are just electronic gyms with some traditional style games thrown in. Some of them have retro sections but they're always barren. Funspot is one of the last real arcades.

  • Dude you have no idea what you are talking about. This game is not hard and anybody who grew up with it will agree with me. Yes it does take skill it's an oldschool fighting game but it can be beat with about 5 dollars the first time playing if you are really good. It is one of the most satisfying and enjoyable fighting games ever. Find the character that's right for you and master them. I beat it in the arcades the first time I played it and still own the genesis version.

  • @carniveron MK? It's easy as hell man now MK2 THAT was clunky and hellishly difficult. I beat Mortal Kombat back in the arcades when it first came out.

  • @carniveron Fast moving games annoy me, to each their own

  • @carniveron Then you'd be venturing into a shitpit
