This in my opinion was and always will be the greatest live solo ever recorded, and you did a FANTASTIC job on it. I love watching this video, props to you!

Thank you for posting. The double stop bend was giving me trouble, I never figured I could bend to the floor!

Very sweet! Clapton's playing on Crossroads was a major reason why I wanted to learn to play guitar. You've captured everything that makes this one of the great rock solos!

Wow, sounded very clean and kept really good timing, even on Clapton's funky offtiming. :D good job!

Thanks, maloy2222. This is one of those that I learned from the tab YEARS ago. But when it came time to relearn it, I used what I remembered and my ears. I'm thankful you like it, and I really appreciate the message.

I've listened to this over 100 times. Just can't get enough of this. Everyone should have a nice breakfast then listen to this video to Start the new Day!! Love your very clear bending "virbrato" It's really hard to follow the chord progression from 0:17 thru 0:19 What notes are you playing for those 2 seconds? That would really help me alot.
Maybe you could do a slow version of those 2 seconds. At the 0:18 mark, you look like you were "strumming" several notes at once, and NOT single notes.

Hey Man, I'm so sorry I missed this comment. I apologize for not answering your question. . .I just never got this message in my inbox.
Basically what I'm doing there is barring the 3rd, 4th, and later 5th strings at the 17th fret with my index finger. Then I'm alternating notes with my ring finger on the 19th fret on the fourth string and later 5th string. You're right, I am sort of raking the strings with an "up-up-down" pattern between those double and triple stops. Hope that helps!
