Illegal immigrants suffer abuse in the workplace, because they began by breaking the law. Whistleblowers who are citizens have protection by unions or at least by our laws. Illegal immigrants have already shown contempt for the law and are not citizens protected by it, so they do not have the protection it provides. What is needed are "partnerships" that will allow the home countries of these illegals to improve their economy, so that they can find good paying jobs closer to home.

Also, I don't understand your definition of 'White America' given that America was stolen by various groups (Spain / England / etc.) from the Natives as is the history of mankind we have always had wars and the winner takes all. However, the recessive Caucasian gene which developed from people living in caves will die out. The original humans were first from Africa and those dominant genes will overshadow the Asian and Caucasian genes to produce a race that more closely resembles Middle east.
