This product really shows what Antec is capable of offering you. It is very stylish with a brushed aluminum top plate and a gloss plastic finish on the side. There is a hi and low setting. Both have noticable results, but the hi setting is a bit noisy. Visit http://www.tweakz.be/ for more information and more reviews. • Ok, and what's fake about my accent?

When your language isn't english, it's rather normal that you have an accent.

  • typo2, choice, not choise, editor's choise good job!!

  • I know, the error is corrected, but it's still in all the videos. I only make written reviews now.

  • Kwik-E-mart anyone?

  • "here's the low setting".... *long awkward pause*.....

  • I have one, I think its a good product. However, recently it just stopped working. Do you have any ideas on how to fix it?

  • I also had a problem with the usb cable on this pad. The pad itself seems to be fine, but the usb cord is junk.

  • I had one of these but lost it when moving house. It has 2 speeds and blows air upwards which is spread out as there is a small gap between the fins.

The only problem i found with it is the usb post cable is very cheap and will break unless you are gentle with it.

Reduces heat to your system by around 3-5c but wont make any real differance to your CPU heat. Best thing to do is to hoover out the laptop vents to remove dust off the internal heat sinks and fan fins to get your temps down.

  • thanks a lot for the video review. i've been considering buying this

does this cooling pad still work for you, after 2 years? i've seen about 50 one-star reviews on amazon saying this cooling pad stopped working after 3 months. Also, its apparently made of cheap plastic, which is something a cooler should NEVER have

Also, does this cooling pad work fine if your laptop has fans on the right side? i know there are some issues with cooling pads and fan placements with laptops.

  • I have had this antec cooler for probably about 10 months now, still works great, is almost silent, and is very comfortable sitting on my lap. Keeps my laptop very cool :) I have a huge widescreen laptop, it's bigger than the cooler but it is still very sturdy and cools nicely. BTW it blows air, but also has the vents on the sides to let the hot air circulate out, the aluminum also draws heat out of the bottom of the laptop.

  • Does it suck or blow air??

  • Wtf, I want one!

I probably will, this belkin cooler is not very durable (though it does cool nice).

  • i have a alienware 51 and its VERY hot.. and i have it ATM on a bit of wood (actually a painting) but its a hard surface on my bed.

would this product work on a bed?
