I agree that the support is top notch. The problem IMO is getting to support quickly. You have to call into this queue where 3 or 4 times you are prompted if the issue is about license issues or technical. It can take 15+ mins just to get a case opened and into the correct queue. Then you wait on hold for a long time while being told "We are experiencing a higher call volume than we expected..." well maybe its time to re-eval how many calls you are expecting and get more techs to help?
