Okami [Pt. 95]

Ammy makes the Whirlpool Galaxy spin again, which causes a whirlpool down below in the water to appear. She then goes down to Umi's Restaurant, where she helps Umi with his "Cyclone Slice". Kazegami appears, and grants Ammy the power of "Whirlwind". She looks for some more treasure, and finds a cat statue which leads to a grave with treasure boxes around it.

Um.. Question.. Was Orca suppose to disappear once you spin the galaxy, and make the whirlpool? The dolphin wasn't there where I set 'em @_@'

Just return back to the dock where you first met him. If he isn't there, then draw a sun in the sky, run off the dock and come back.

Hm, in the previous video (Pt. 94, 6:27 onwards), talk to the guy there, draw a shooting star, and the Whirlpool Galaxy + stars should appear.

#1 & 2 - Complete the game

#3 - Earn S-Rank for Deaths

#4 - Earn S-Rank for Enemies Defeated

#5 - Earn S-Rank for Money Gained

#6 - Earn S-Rank for Demon Fangs Found

#7,8 & 9 - Earn S-Rank for Praise Earned

You get them once you fulfill those conditions and then beat the game.
