From http://www.theworkoutcorner.com, here are 3 great shoulder exercises for mass you can use in your shoulder workouts. This is NOT a video about every shoulder exercise and angle in existence. It's all about focus - in this instance, mass.
Once you've added some solid mass, depending on your gains and other workout exercises you may want to add rear delt work as others have suggested below.

  • hey Ryan, I'm going to ask a question that has plagued my mind for quite a long time and my question is... do you need to take more protein the more muscle groups you work in a single session. also great vid make sure you make more of these bad boys!!!

  • @JamesMackenzieee Glad you enjoyed it! Good question - the protein you take in should be dependent on your weight, not what muscle(s) you worked out. Shoot for 1 gm / per lb of bodyweight

  • @theworkoutcorner Thanks for the reply. I have already checked it with my physio in regards to that, done couple of rotator cuffs exercises and said stick to dumbells if it doesn't hurt that way. I hope you reply back. So should I really do what I can with dumbells for now especially if I try to put on some mass? Thanks
