I think that Maggie is entitled to her opinion but here's the thing: that's just life. It doesn't matter what the issue is. There will ALWAYS be opposition. What I don't like is that she is prideful in saying that gay marriage will never prevail and that the Prop 8 supporters will win in the end..... Support for same-sex marriages have increased over the years and they will continue to increase over time, so keep dreaming, Maggie!

The Organizations NOM and Protect Marriage should never have been allowed to present the Prop 8 case at any Federal Level Court. They never had legal standing, and if the SCOTUS strikes down Prop 8 as a result of Legal Standing, then it should never have been heard at any Federal Level.

NOW, lets see, that about like being the spokes person for Nike Shoes and not having legs. Seems like somebody has some misdirected anger.

"Your not entitled to make up my views." Um...wow, Maggie. Pretty sure your trying to destroy the views (and lives) of millions of people with your bigotry. So what, it just doesn't count for you? You can do that to people, but they can't do it to you? That's not fair, and neither is taking away the rights of people. You do not have to stand for or endorse gay marriage, but you must allow it to be a right for people who do.

The thing I notice is that the right is losing it's power more and more rapidly and as they do they are becoming more desperate and extreme. It's like they're in their last dying gasps to survive and the more they do, the the more they expose themselves for the truth of their fear and hatred. Hatred will self implode eventually every time.  It can't survive in the light of truth.

After saying that she never addresses the fact that the arguments she clings to were never even demonstrated by the expert witnesses for the proponents of prop 8.

She actually left the NOM and it has gotten more extreme. You know some serious bigotry is going down when Maggie is ejected or leaves and the organization becomes even more bigotted.
