To the guy at 0:30 - it is mainly youth that use the term "Gay" as an expression of negativity. All campaigns to educate the use of the word "Gay" in such contexts are aimed at young people. I think this is the most appropriate "choir" to be preaching to. And more importantly, it is vital to advertise the support networks available at the university for GLBTQI youth. Many international students or those from rural backgrounds are not aware of the accepting nature of the university.
