Looking For My Fight (A Joe Jonas Love Story) Chapter 2

Tristin's POV

I knocked on the door and Denise answered it.

Me-"Hey Mrs. Jonas, Joe here?"
Denise-"Yes he is, he's right upstairs sleeping."
Me-"Would it be smart to wake him up?"
Denise-"Not smart but very funny."

I laughed and walked up to Joe's room.


Joe's POV

I was sleeping with my face in my pillow. When all the sudden my covers were off me and someone was yelling in my ear. I'm going to kill Tristin.

Tristin-"Come on dude get up."

I looked up aand grabbed my alarm clock and shooved it in his face.

Me-"It is 6:00 a.m on Saturday morning."
Tristin-"I know."
Me-"Why are you waking me up at 6:00 on Saturday morning."
Tristin-"You promised you would help me find a birthday gift for Felicia."
Me-"I agreed to that?"
Tristin-"After I kept annoying you."

I groaned and sat up.

Me-"Come on man let my sleep. It's Saturday, the day of rest."
Tristin-"Sunday's the day of rest."
Me-"Saturday is the day of pre rest."
Tristin-"Huh?"
Me-"Pre rest is so that once Sunday comes your rested enough to have another rest."
Tristin-"That makes no sense."

I tossed the alarm clock to him.

Me-"It makes no sense because it's 6:00 on Saturday morning!"
Tristin-"Dude don't make me do this."

I stuffed my face back into my pillow. Then Tristin literally knocked me out of the bed and onto the floor.

Tristin-"You have ten minutes to get ready."
Me-"Fine. I'll meet you downstairs."

He walked out of the room and I could hear him yelling.

Tristin-"6:01!"
Me-"Don't care!"
Tristin-"6:02!"
Me-"Doesn't matter to me!"
Tristin-"6:03!"
Me-"Shut up, Time Man!"
Tristin-"It's six o-"
Me-"Don't even think about finishing that last sentence!"


I got dressed and walked downstairs to see my mom and Tristin laughing.

Me-"You let him in my room?"
Denise-"I'm sorry, I just couldn't help it."
Tristin-"Come on let's go."
Me-"Bye mom, I'll probably be back around noon."
Denise-"Okay have fun."

Me-"Mom I'm going to help my best friend buy a gift for his girlfriend that was my ex girlfriend's best friend. I don't think that's the definition of the word fun."

She gave me a sad smile.

Mom-"I know it can't be easy on you."
Me-"I don't want to sound me or rude mom, but I had to break up with the greatest girl ever because I was afriad someone would try to hurt her like Josh did. It's more than not easy."

I walked out of the house and got into Tristin's car.
